Shipping Policy
At MA Store, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Every accessory you purchase is carefully packed and handled to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Greater Cairo & Giza:
Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
Alexandria & Other Governorates:
Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
North Coast / Alamein / Remote Areas:
Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days, depending on courier availability.
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during high-demand seasons or sales periods.
3. Shipping Fees
Cairo & Giza: Flat rate — EGP 75
Other Governorates: EGP 70–100, depending on location
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner’s website or by contacting our support team.
5. Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before confirming your order.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address details or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Re-delivery will require payment of an additional shipping fee.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery within our social media links
We’ll investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
